HOW LONG DOES THE FILM RUN FOR? WHERE WAS IT DISTRIBUTED (RELEASED)? (GLOBALLY, NATIONALLY?) THE STYLE OF TYRANNOSAUR IS THAT IT REFLECTS THE GENRE OF SOCIAL REALISM. Tyrannosaur is set in a council estate in Northern England this makes it seem more real as this could really happen in a bad area. The actors that are in the film have a very worn and rough look this makes them look like the working class and this fits in with the theme of a council estate.
The film uses a lot of camera and editing techniques. They use close-up shots throughout the film to show what we should be concentrating on and to connote the importance of the object in the shot. They also use over shoulder shots and eye line match shots at the (time) minute mark to make you feel like you are the character and gets you in the effect of experiencing the scene in first person. The film uses pans track and tilt at (time) minute mark. The film uses depth of field at (time) and (time) minute marks it uses them to concentrate on a certain thing in the shot and to give a more realistic view to the shot.
